ANOMALI SINYAL SEBELUM GEMPABUMI CILACAP (Mw 6.7 SR) 2011 YANG TERDETEKSI OLEH SUPERCONDUCTING GRAVIMETER DAN BROADBAND SEISMOMETER (LHZ)

Perubahan nilai gravity terkadang terlihat sebelum terjadinya gempabumi signifikan. Dengan menggunakan rekaman 1 SG dan 2 Broadband Seismometer (LHZ), kami meneliti gempabumi di Cilacap (Mw 6.7) pada tahun 2011. Pengaruh pasang surut dihilangkan terlebih dahulu dari rekaman asli SG untuk mendapatkan nilai residual gravity. Selanjutnya seismometer (LHZ) harus diturunkan terhadap waktu untuk mendapatkan unit yang sama dengan SG yakni satuan percepatan. Dengan mengaplikasikan fungsi spectrogram pada Matlab 2013 untuk residual gravity dari SG dan seismometer setelah diturunkan terhadap waktu, didapatkan anomali sekitar 6 jam sebelum terjadinya gempabumi tersebut. Frekuensi dari anomali yang terekam oleh SG memiliki rentang antara 0.01 Hz hingga 0.20 Hz. Frekuensi ini berasosiasi dengan akumulasi stress dari nukleasi gempabumi utama. Dari lain aspek, frekuensi anomali yang terekam oleh Seismometer (LHZ) yakni sekitar 0.1 Hz – 0.45 Hz. Kami berkesimpulan bahwa SG dapat merekam informasi signifikan dari sumber gempabumi dalam mendeteksi anomali sinyal sebelum gempabumi utama.
